They will often also attach an offer, such as “First Oil Change Free.” Some smaller used car dealerships will use the Standard Edition instead. New car dealerships frequently add the Staff Page to link to the salesperson’s Dealer Rater reviews. Dealerships that sometime sell more than 200 cars per month will get the high volume plan.

They generally use the Professional Edition multi-location option which gives them a both a discount and a company landing page from which tenants can select their specific communities.

Which plan should I get?

Review Sites: If you only plan on using 3 review sites then the Standard Edition is fine for you. Most people will use Google, Facebook, and Yelp but you can use any 3 reviews sites including industry specific sites. We advise that everyone should be using Google and Facebook at a minimum because of their dominance in search and social media. Yelp is optional as it is more prominent in some industries than others, and Yelp also discourages businesses from asking people to leave reviews. If you plan to use more industry specific review sites, you will need the additional capacity that the Professional Edition offers.

Invites: How you plan to invite your customers to leave reviews will also be a factor in determining which edition is best for you. Reminder cards are an effective low-tech way to leave people with a physical reminder to leave a review that they may reference later. They are available for purchase to both editions. You may also print up your own reminders to give your customers. Email invites are highly effective because they provide a direct link to your review landing page where customers can leave reviews. There are also 3 different email reminders that are sent over a 7 day period, further increasing your conversion rates for reviews. Text invites are only available with the Professional Edition. They are extremely effective because they are both instant and the link sent connects your customer’s smart phone to your mobile review landing page. Using both email invites along with text invites is the most effective way to get the highest conversion rates for more reviews.

Attach an Offer: If you plan to use this feature, this may factor into your decision. It is included with the Professional Edition and is a $19 option for the Standard Edition.

Social Media Features: The Professional Edition includes the options for the social media connect bar and also social media auto-posting of reviews. The Standard Edition does not include social media features.

Multiple Locations: If your business has more than one store or location, then you should get the Group Edition. The Group Edition is the same as the Professional Edition except that it supports multi-location businesses, and is less expensive than subscribing to the Professional Edition for each location you have.

What additional charges are there?

Attach an Offer: Included with the Professional & Group Editions, optional with the Standard Edition for $19 per month.

Staff Pages: These special add-on pages are optional for all editions. The Staff Page is good for up to 24 employees and is $29 per month. For the Group Edition, each location would need it’s own Staff Page. You may need to have your staff page updated periodically due to employee turnover. Once your initial Staff Page is set up, there is a charge of $7.50 when you make a request to have your staff page updated.

High Volume Email & Text Plan: Only available for the Professional & Group Edition for $39 per month (and per location for the Group Edition).

Reminder Cards: These are available for purchase for both editions. The cost is $45 for 500 reminder cards, $125 for 1500  reminder cards, or $295 for 5000 reminder cards. You are not required to use our reminder cards – you are free to print up whatever reminder materials you deem appropriate. We have found this method to be effective and provide this service as a convenience.

Can you change plans?

You are free to change plans or add or remove options at any time – just contact support! You may also cancel your service at anytime. Anywhere Reviews is a month-to-month service with no contract. Customers choose to stay with our review management system because it is both the most advanced system anywhere and it is also the most cost effective – by far! We earn your business every month. We don’t need to force our customers into long-term contracts.

How does Group Edition work?

The Group Edition is the same as the Professional Edition except it offers a volume discount for businesses with more than one location. It starts at $129 (a $50 base price plus $79 for the first location) and all additional locations are just $79 instead of the $99 that the Professional Edition costs. Additionally, the Group Edition comes with a company landing page, so each location is directing their review invites to a single central landing page, which reinforces your corporate brand. From there, they select which location/store they visited, which takes them to that specific location’s review landing page.

What is the High Volume Email/Text plan?

Both editions come with email invites. The amount included is 100 email invites every 7 days. The Professional Edition also comes with text message invites. The amount included is 200 per month. Text message invites are not available for the Standard Edition.

Some businesses who see a high level of customers per day may need a larger allotment of email and text message invites, such as physician groups, auto dealerships, hotels, or retail stores. The High Volume Email & Text Plan is available for those who are using the Professional or Group Editions for $39 per month (per location). It increases the email allotment to 500 email invites every 7 days and increases the text message allotment to 1000 per month.

How does the 14 day Free Trial work?

Simply select which plan you would like and click the “Start Free Trial” button to begin and enter your information to set up your account. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a set up link where we will gather the information we will need to set up your custom review landing page. Once your landing page and account tools are created, you may begin using the system right away to start getting more reviews! At the end of the 14 day period, your card will be charged and you will begin your first full month. You may cancel at any time. Please note, for multi-location orders, only one location will receive the 14 day free trial. After the trial period for the one location, all locations will begin their first full month of Anywhere Reviews.

How does Attach an Offer work?

The Attach an Offer feature is included with the Professional & Group Editions and is available as an option with the Standard Edition for $19 per month. This feature allows you to include a special offer at the bottom of your review landing page. No review is necessary for customers to claim the offer. When customers click the offer, they are taken to an image, usually a coupon, which they may print to redeem with you at a later time. Alternately, if you already have a specials page on your website, we can also link the “Get Offer” button on your review landing page to open your website specials page.

If you order reminder cards from us and you also are using the Attach an Offer feature, your offer will also be referenced on your reminder cards. This is a powerful marketing feature which both promotes more reviews and more repeat business!

What are Staff Pages? How do they work?

Staff Pages are special add-on pages that are optional for all editions. The Staff Page is good for up to 24 employees and is $29 per month.  For the Group Edition, each location would need it’s own Staff Page. You may need to have your staff page updated periodically due to employee turnover. Once your initial Staff Page is set up, there is a charge of $7.50 when you make a request to have your staff page updated.

Staff Pages are used to list individual employees with direct links to their personal review sites, as opposed to your company review landing page which links to review sites for the company itself, not the individuals. A typical example would be a Real Estate Agency. The review landing page may link to the Agency’s Google review page, Facebook review page, and Yelp. The Staff link will open the Staff Page which will list the individual real estate agents. Under their names will be direct links to their individual review sites, where clients can review the individual agent. People often review the agent once they have reviewed the company. The individual agents may have review sites set up on Realtor, Zillow, Trulia, or other industry-specific review sites. Please note that the review monitoring feature is for the company account and not for the individual employees, though most review sites do send them alerts when they receive new reviews.

How does the Review Guarantee work?

When you actively use our review management system, we guarantee you will get at least one new review each month, or that month is free! To actively use our system, you must invite new customers to leave reviews each month. We define active use as using 20 email invites in one month or 10 email plus text invites in one month.
